Hazelnut chocolate oats with egg white

If you have read my previous oatmeal blog post, you might remember me saying how oatmeal is one of the most versatile foods ever—similar to rice, bread, and anything plain—oatmeal can be eaten both sweet and savory.

As someone who wants to get stronger and build muscle, increasing my protein intake gradually is crucial to reach my goals. However, I have noticed that adding protein powder to my meals often causes an upset stomach, therefore, I decided to make this creamy and cozy hazelnut chocolate oatmeal using egg whites to increase protein. In addition, I also added @FurthurFoods hazelnut collagen peptides to aid in better gut health and joint support (this is not sponsored). To top off this amazing oatmeal bowl, I added chopped hazelnuts, hazelnut spread, and bananas.
